For a second year in a row The European Summer Study Program of Hollins Dance MFA (Virginia, USA) is taking place in Plovdiv, Bulgaria between 8th and 26th July 2024, in collaboration with Metheor. Boyan Manchev and Ani Vaseva are co-curating the program, together with the MFA Hollins Dance director Jeffery Bullock. The program includes broad spectrum of highly professional tutors, among whom leading contemporary choreographers, theorists, critics and dramaturges such as Jonathan Burrows, Jeffery Bullock, Adrian Heathfield, Kae Ishimoto, Sigal Zouk, Laurie Young, Sergiu Matis, Thomas Greil, Nikolay Korchev, Boyan Manchev and Ani Vaseva. The visual artist Boryana Rossa participates in the program with a guest lecture, and Angel Simitchiev – with a music workshop.
